Tirami Su

Treviso's traditional dessert reinterpreted by Rudolphi's. We use our delicious cake, soaked in espresso, for the layers, rather than savoiardi, and remain true to the original with a delicious filling made with mascarpone, a light Italian cheese. Decorated with cocoa, coffee beans, and the traditional savoiardi outside, no one will know this is a frozen treat that is, until they bite into a delicious slice.
